Position the new door and frame in the opening and tack it in place.
Replace wooden garage door frame.
Cut a piece of trim to that measurement.
Measure across the top of trim on the outside of the door from the outside corners of both pieces of vertical trim that you just nailed on.
Carefully set it in the opening and use a level to ensure the hinge side is plumb.
